If you love First-Person Shooters, you must have heard about the infamous Battlefield 3 Back to Karkand download content. Don’t feel satisfied yet after you have heard it, it is essential for you to see it and play it! But of course, reading this article is also essential. This first and most recent download content for Battlefield 3 contains new update for maps, vehicles, weapons, assignment system, a new mode, and some in-game tweak.

PS3 players had it Battlefield 3 Back to Karkand DLC first as it was released on the 6th of December, a week earlier than the Xbox 360 and PC release. EA does not charge us, Battlefield 3: Limited Edition buyer, for the DLC. But, if you failed to buy the limited edition, 15 bucks are needed to get this great download content and every penny you spent on it is very much worth it.

Hence the title, Battlefield 3 Back to Karkand, die-hard fans of Battlefield will be very eager to play it since the 4 new maps that comes with the DLC pack are all remade version of popular Battlefield 2 maps which are Sharqi Peninsula, Gulf of Oman, Strike at Karkand, and Wake Island. Now you can fly that F35 around on Wake Island and get in a dog fight with choppers and jets, bust some poor guy’s head with your 12x zoom Ballistic Scope attached to your M98B in the Gulf of Oman, going all guns-blazing with the new weapons in Sharqi Peninsula or perhaps getting bullied in Strike of Karkand is possible. And since Battlefield 3 is using the new, marvelous engine called “Frostbite 2”, stunning graphics are not enough, the maps will also include some crazy-ass destruction that you didn’t experience in Battlefield 2!

You are missing the vehicles in Battlefield 2? No weapon in Battlefield 3 that suits your needs? Then maybe the weapon from Battlefield 2 will suit you! And of course the vehicles, along with new ones are also in the pack. New weapons from Battlefield 2 that were brought to life to Battlefield 3 are : FAMAS (Assault Rifle), HK53 (Engineer SMG), L96 (Recon sniper),PP-19 (Personal Defense Weapon) and much more! Vehicles like the F35 jet, DPC Jeep, can be found on the Karkand maps. Surely it will occupy you for some time.

But now, do you get the new weapons instantly? Well, speaking honestly, no! Back to Karkand features a brand new system called “assignment” that requires you to do things to unlock the weapons. Like killing with the DPC Jeep, repairing vehicles, exploding some dude’s body with mortar, and even roasting your enemy’s head with the extra hot repair tool. Well that sure is fun, right?

Speaking of which, destruction is also enhanced in this update. Remember that tall, sky-piercing and huge tower in Caspian Border? Forget about crashing your jet to it, just destroy that tower and it will fall dramatically and crush anyone that stands below it!

But that’s not all, in Battlefield 3 Back to Karkand, you will manage to play a new mode called “conquest assault”. One team becomes the defender with more respawn tickets and conquered all the bases from the start of the game while the assault team gets fewer respawn tickets and no base at first. It’s hell of an experience playing this mode.

Now, you know that Battlefield 3 Back to Karkand is a MASSIVE BADASSERY! The F35 jets is already waiting for you in Karkand!
