After Capcom announced the official content for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Limited Edition a few moments ago, finally, it gets ten dollars price cut in various online stores. Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is set to land on March 20th in the US and March 23rd in Europe. This latest spin-off game based on the Resident Evil franchise offers third-person shooter gameplay with both single player mode and 4-players co-op that the Resident Evil franchise has not tried before. It has lately gained attention from worldwide gamers and Resident Evil fans alike as the drop day draws near.

The limited edition of the game is called the Special Edition. The Special Edition itself contains cool extras and pre-order bonuses. The contents are as listed below:

Exclusive Steelbook with Exceptional Arts
Just like the usual limited edition, steelbook with exclusive arts is included to pack the game in an extravagant style. In the official preliminary picture shown on the internet, Vector, the Umbrella Security Service stealth specialist, is on the front line wielding a knife on his left hand and a handgun on the other. Behind him, lots of character are shown alongside a big tyrant and the Umbrella Corporation logo on the backmost. There is a red “SPECIAL EDITION” writings below Vector just between the Capcom logo and ESRB rating.

Umbrella Security Service Embroidered Patch

There is a total of eight bonus weapons included in the limited Special Edition. Not only usual and ordinary weapons, high-end sci-fi weapons are also available amongst it. The legendary Matilda, Classic Launcher that we usually used to combat bosses, as well as kickass Perforator is stocked in your list of arsenals. The complete list: Anti-Material Rifle, Cowboy Shotgun, Combat SMG, Matilda, Perforator, Combat Shotgun, Classic Launcher, Machine Pistol.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Limited Edition

If you have pre-ordered the game, which I highly recommend you to if you have not, you will get additional six alternate costumes for your characters. It is available for Xbox 360 and PS3. The dazzling suit will surely differ you from others.

For all those vast contents, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Limited Edition is originally priced at 69 dollars each, which is only ten dollars more expensive compared to the regular edition. But, per-ordering from either Gamestop or Amazon will grant you the regular edition price at 59 bucks with limited edition contents. Judging from the in-game bonuses and the extras, I hereby label Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Limited Edition as the best bang for your bucks in the early quarter of 2012! So, while the stocks still last, pre-order now!
