Did your Xbox Live down? Some folks got this problem! A few days ago, Microsoft released a new Xbox dashboard update which introduces new features such as Cloud storage, Beacons, and Kinect functionality to many of the system's basic functions.

Some folks can't connect to Xbox Live after download the update. If you're Xbox Live down, you can try the tips below to fix this problem:

1. Go to http://xbox.com and sign in and accept the new Terms of Service.
2. Turn on Cloud storage. On your Xbox follow this directory: (Settings > System > Storage > Cloud saved games > Enable Cloud Saved Games)
3. Just keep trying, carry on doing your Connection tests and maybe eventually you'll be able to get on.
4. Try changing your DNS. On your Xbox go to (Settings > System > Network Settings > Configure Network. Change your DNS settings from automatic to manual and set your primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4 as backup.)
5. Wait and Good luck!
