Modern Warfare 3 Perks List

Finally, complete list of Modern Warfare 3 perks was revealed! The MW3 multiplayer perks give you a variety of different enhancements, but you can only choose 3 perks per class. The Modern Warfare 3 pro perks system works the same way as it did in Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops; you unlock the pro versions by doing their specific challenges.

Tier 1 Perks

Recon / Recon Pro
Effect: Every enemy that takes explosive damage is marked as a red arrow on the radar, which also shows the direction the enemy is facing.
Pro Effect: Bullet damage shows target on Mini-Map.

Sleight of Hand / Sleight of Hand Pro
Effect: Reload your weapons 50% faster than normal. Sleight of Hand is extremely useful with Light Machine Guns since they have long reload times.
Pro Effect: Fast Weapons Change.

Blind Eye / Blind Eye Pro
Effect: Enemy air support and sentries can't detect you.
Pro Effect: Fast lock-on for rockets. Increased bullet damage to vehicles.

Extreme Conditioning / Extreme Conditioning Pro
Effect: Increased sprint time.
Pro Effect: Climb obstacles faster.

Scavenger / Scavenger Pro
Effect: Get ammo from dead enemies.
Pro Effect: Extra starting magazines.

Tier 2 Perks

Quickdraw / Quickdraw Pro
Effect: Faster Aiming.
Pro Effect: Allows you to recover from equipment and grenade usage faster.

Blast Shield / Blast Shield Pro
Effect: Greatly reduces explosive damage.
Pro Effect: Resistance to flashbangs and stuns.

Hardline / Hardline Pro
Effect: Killstreaks require 1 fewer kill.
Pro Effect: Two kill assists add one kill towards your next killstreak. Deathstreaks require one less death.

Assassin / Assassin Pro
Effect: Immuntity to UAV, portable radar, thermal, and heartbeat.
Pro Effect: Makes you immune to Counter-UAV and EMP. Enemies won't see a red crosshair or name when targeting you.

Overkill / Overkill Pro
Effect: Allows you to carry two primary weapons, but the second primary weapon can't be equipped with attachments.
Pro Effect: Second primary can have two attachments.

Tier 3 Perks

Marksman / Marksman Pro
Effect: Identify targets at more distant range.
Pro Effect: Allows you to hold your breath 2x times longer than normal when steadying a weapons scope.

Stalker / Stalker Pro
Effect: Faster movement while aiming down the sight.
Pro Effect: Add delay to enemy claymores before exploding.

SitRep / SitRep Pro
Effect: Highlights enemy explosives and tactical equipment in red.
Pro Effect: Opposing team’s footsteps make more noise.

Steady Aim / Steady Aim Pro
Effect: Increases hip-fire accuracy.
Pro Effect: Weapon ready more quickly after sprint.

Dead Silence / Dead Silence Pro
Effect: Makes you silent and also reduces the effect of the Recon perk.
Pro Effect: Do not take any fall damage.
